Claims involving contracts and/or subcontractors, e.g., for poor and/or negligent workmanship, failure to complete or delayed completion of contracts.

Commercial Landlord and Tenant Dispute
Lease renewal claims, dilapidations, breach of covenant and non-payment.

Property and Land Disputes
Boundary disputes, ownership of land and property and rights of way.

Partnership Disputes
Disputes between business partners, termination of partnerships, accounts and enquires.

Debt Recovery
For claims of £5,000 or more.

Probate & Administration of Estates
Disputed trust and probate matters between beneficiaries or personal representatives. Inheritance claims.

Injunctions
Application for injunctions, including Search and Seizure and Freezing Orders.

Environmental Matters
Advising both individuals and groups regarding environmental issues and claims e.g. hazardous waste.

Defamation (Libel and Slander)
Seeking redress through the courts when an individual / group refuses to retract a defamatory statement made about the client.

Intellectual Property Disputes
Breach of copyright, trademark and patent disputes, passing off and breach of confidence claims.
