Victor Welsh
Victor Welsh is a Solicitor and head of the Wealth Managing Department of Gregory Abrams Davidson LLP.
He qualified in 1974 having graduated with a Law Degree from Liverpool University. He was initially a partner in a specialist private client firm for many years and joined the Wealth Management Department of GAD in 2005, initially as a Consultant.
He has extensive experience across the entire legal spectrum, including Contentious and Non-Contentious matters. He specialises in life and post-death Tax Planning, Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships.
He is able to advise on contentious matters with Public Issues and acts as a Professional Trustee, Attorney and Court of Protection Deputy.
